I've scrolled through all the help topics (everything from permissions to file paths), and they gotten me this far, which is good for an internet idiot like me. But I've hit a wall. I simply don't know what to do next. Help would be totally awesome. Thanks!

I have problem with my gallery.no pictures only X's HERE
I am using simpleviewr plugin for wordpress.
In my album folder are my pictures, gallery.xml and 2 folders reg and tn which are empty..
Also if I want to "edit capticons and settings" from toolbox there is nothing.
GD library version 2 or later is required. You are running version: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
Safe_mode is enabled in PHP. You will most probably run into problems with the gallery creation.
Now the images and XML file for the selected folder will be created:

Can you turn PHP's safemode off?
