No images found in the xml file.

  1. My error:
    Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0. in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\saltypaws.co.uk\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\wp-simpleviewer\wp-simpleviewer.php on line 376
    No images found in the xml file.
    Please check that there are image files in the directory!

    Now I have uploaded the photos and the xml was created with folders reg and tn. But there is nothing in the reg and tn.

  2. Sorry - I cannot really follow what you exactly did. Did you follow the steps in the instructions and no new image files are generated? Is the GD library running correctly on your host?

  3. Yes, I actually have album that worked fine. When I tried to make another is when I got the error. Please take a look. http://www.saltypaws.co.uk.

  4. We're having the same problem. When we try to edit a gallery's captions through "edit captions & settings" it says "No images found in the xml file. Please check that there are image files in the directory!" Can you help us out, we'd love to edit our captions.

  5. Check the filenames if there are any special caracters or spaces in - if yes, remove them and check if it working better then.
