images and XML files don't finish being created

I'm using Wordpress 2.9 and I've been using an older version of Simpleviewer successfully until I upgraded to the Simpleviewer version 1.5.4. Now when I try to change any settings, the files aren't created for that gallery, which is fortunately only one at this point. However, now I can't see that gallery at all. I haven't changed anything else, but I did an automatic upgrade if that has anything to do with it.

I did have a similar problem with my old version when the images and XML files were being created, but would stop half way. Someone suggested clicking the back button and then creating the files again, which always worked. That little trick doesn't work now.

Any ideas?

I found my old post when I had this problem with the old version of SV. I had forgotten that to make it work before I had to edit some code and then use my little back button trick. Here is a link to the problem that many of us were having and an updated solution:
