Line 992 or 991? If 992, try upgrading to the current version - I think that problem got fixed.</p> <p>If 991, it probably has to do with how you created your galleries. I had done mine by hand based on an earlier, non-WordPress site, and had just ported them over. They worked fine in the browser but borked with an error on 991 when trying to update captions and such. Right click on the x and it should try to load the image in a new window (assuming you have it set to do that). You'll probably get a 404 not found, but it'll have what it *thinks* should be the correct path in the address bar. Check that against the actual path to your image, then correct the path settings. In mine it's "wp-content/photos/galleryname/thumbs/" and "wp-content/photos/galleryname/images/", as that's where the images live on my server.</p> <p>@danadoesdesign: I've got a similar problem. Mine gives "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()" in the same file, on line 991, so there was probably a release between your original post and now. Gallery.xml had the filename in it, filename was correct on the server. It was very puzzling.</p> <p>After a bit of testing, I discovered that the presence of %20 [percent-sign-20], which represents a space in a filename, was what was causing the issue. When I renamed my file to remove the [%20], the gallery displayed my file with no problem. When I put the [%20] into a filename that previously worked, the big white X returned.</p> <p>I ended up modifying my upload script to automatically replace [%20] with a space.
