If you want to take a look at: http://takuhii.x10hosting.com/portfolio/experimental/

This is PART of my portfolio, but the image is sitting over the text in the SimpleViewer window, I have no idea how this has happened, as the other part of my portfolio sits fine, it only seems to do it when it has to display part of a PORTRAIT image...

Anyone experienced anything similar, anyone know how to fix this, it would also seem that no matter what I set my colours to in the options, simpleviewer ignores them...

I'm at a loss here, I love the plugin though, I really want to keep using it...

Look like the "Lighter Admin Drop Menus" is not working correctly with my plugin!

I cannot say what is why the image creation does not work - Could be, that the GD library is not working as it should.

great ^^ now i got the next problem :D

GD library Version 2 oder aktueller wird benötigt. Bei dir läuft Version: 2.0 or higher

Jetzt werden die Bilder und die XML Datei für den Bilderordner erstellt:
Now I am working on file wiips.jpg:
Das neue Bild konnte nicht erstellt werden, daher überspringe ich die Bearbeitung: ../wp-includes/images/galerie/Fun/high/wiips.jpg
Yeah, fertig!

Hm, let's see...
under manage there is: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php
under options there's: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php
==> Both the same and none of yours ^^
but "wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php" is the same i get...

If I browse wp-admin/edit.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php manually I get the right page

EDIT:
Ah, I got the answer ^^ I've activated the plugin "Lighter Admin Drop Menus" and so it's not working... perhaps you can fix it in the next version ;)
Thank you for your help =)

The link under manage should point to:

The one under options should point to:
http://your-adress.de/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php

And those pages are really the same on your blog? Try to browse to them manually and check again, please.
I keep it in english so that all other users also understand what we are talking about ;)

Hi,
I've just uploaded and activated the plugin, and it worked fine. I can see the link at "Options" (this one works fine) and I can see the link at "Manage". When I click on the "Manage" link I just see the same page which I can see if I click on the "Options" link. What's wrong?!

this is really strange...of course you could set these values manually but I think that this won't make you happy in long term. MAybe the new version helps you - the way the plugin is configured has changed a bit.

If you want to do it manually - you can get the names of the setting from the php file, but there are about 20 options to add!

Yeah man, I tried that.
Can I create the wp_simpleviewer options in SQL manually? Or copy your settings? I don't want to giveup on this amazing plugin.

No, I don't think so - I am only using standard wp functions to add the options. Are you sure that you have visited the plugins options page? Url of it is like http://youradress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-simpleviewer.php or you open it in the menu under
Manage > WP-Simpleviewer

Hi
There is no wp_simpleviewer option inside the wp_options table either.

Does this have anything to do with my sql server is not being on 'localhost'?
thanks

No, there is no additional table called
wp_simpleviewer
, the table where the options are saved is called
options
, that's the one where all Wordpress options are stored.

Just the name of the options starts with
wp_simpleviewer
.
