Hey!

I was using simple viewer, made a few changes to the layout of how I wanted it to appear in wordpress, and go to check the changes. I get this, "The following directory does not exist - please create it and upload your images to subdirectories of it: D:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\vhosts\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\buristudios.com\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\public_html\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\blog/wp-content/photos/" every time now. A) What's with all the slash marks? I didn't ask it to do that so why has it done so? And B) This is my content directory, "/buristudios.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/photos"

Please help! This is probably a simple problem to fix where it not for my lack of understanding how these sorts of things work.

I have created a directory again and again and it always says it doen't exsist. I've changed it in my settings to /home/content/photos/ and that is the directory created in my FTP. Seems like I've tried everything I know how to do, which is limited, but really want this to work.

Installed latest version (1.3) of the simpleviewer plugin for wordpress, but cannot get it working.

After activating the plug-in I got an error message : "The following directory does not exist - please create it and upload your photos to subdirectories of it:" but there was no directory name/path given. I had read some posts on your site in which you said that the directory should be called 'photos' and be in the wp-content folder so I created the directory .../wordpress/wp-content/photos (chmod to 744) and uploaded a folder (chmod to 777) with some pictures in it to create my first slideshow. When I click on the create simpleviewer slideshow icon in the wp post editing page I still get the same error message, and as before the required directory path is not displaying, in other words what I see is : "The following directory does not exist - please create it and upload your photos to subdirectories of it:" but no directory is written after that!

??
